Water quality is a crucial factor for the lifetime of a plant, the operation economy, and how effective environmental optimization is. Depending on the type of system and the overall quality of the feed water, the need for water analyses and treatment may vary. That is why we always start with an analysis of the plant and the water conditions – it is free, and we call it good service. Based on the analysis, and in consultation with the client, we find the optimal water treatment method. At the same time we clarify the need for continuous monitoring - perhaps it can be handled automatically by our pH-controller. If not, we lay down a plan which the customer can be trained to carry out, or we can offer a custom-made service agreement.
Service agreement is a part of the concept we offer; but we also offer to train the operational staff which makes our customers able to test and monitor the water quality as necessary. It is up to the customer - that is common sense!
